The Leadership Unlimited Alumni Association offers annual civic‑minded, community‑connected learning through three signature experiences: the Statehouse Visit, the Mayoral Vision event, and Lunch & Learns.
The Statehouse Visit immerses participants in Ohio’s legislative process with guided tours, conversations with local lawmakers, and opportunities to observe House and Senate sessions. This experience deepens understanding of how statewide decisions shape local communities.
The Mayoral Vision event brings together mayors from across Richland County to share priorities, challenges, and long‑term aspirations for their cities. Participants gain insight into regional leadership, economic development, and collaborative efforts that strengthen community well‑being.
Lunch & Learns provide ongoing touchpoints throughout the year, offering focused conversations on community initiatives. These sessions keep alumni and participants connected, informed, and engaged with the leaders shaping Richland County.
Together, these experiences create a comprehensive civic‑leadership journey, linking state, regional, and local perspectives while fostering informed, connected, and community‑minded leaders.
