The Mansfield-Richland Area Educational Foundation (Chamber Foundation) invests in our community's future by developing diverse leaders through impactful programs.

1. Leadership Unlimited (LU) develops individuals into effective business and community leaders. Now in its 42 year, this community leadership program expands participants’ knowledge of the challenges and opportunities within Richland County through tours, activities, and discussions. 
2. Engage Richland empowers early career individuals to grow as leaders, engage in their community, and receive mentoring. The program gives young professionals in any industry an opportunity to meet with leaders and decision-makers through business tours and discussions. Participants grow their network, gain leadership skills, receive mentoring, and discover civic engagement opportunities.
