- Leadership Unlimited (LU) develops individuals into effective business and community leaders. This 40-year-old community leadership program expands participants’ knowledge of the challenges and opportunities within Richland County through tours, activities, and discussions.
- Engage Richland, new for 2024-2025, empowers early career individuals to grow as leaders, engage in their community, and receive mentoring. The program gives young professionals in any industry an opportunity to meet with leaders and decision-makers through business tours and discussions. Participants will grow their network, gain leadership skills, receive mentoring, and understand how to engage civically.
