Starfish Project was started by Richland County Sheriff Steve Sheldon, Pastor Thomas Snyder and Former Huron County Sheriff Dane Howard. We began January of 2013.
Our purpose is to provide those affected by addiction placement in drug and alcohol treatment, faith-based or secular and to support them when they return to community.
Starfish is an all-volunteer organization.
