For my 33rd birthday, I'm raising funds for The Domestic Violence Shelter Inc., which has served survivors in my county with safety, education and supportive services since 1978.
Pets have had a profound impact on my life and I am raising funds to help keep survivors with their beloved pets while they seek safety.
Through the "Paws for All" program, DVSI funds go towards funding:
- Pet-friendly accommodations
- Nutritious food for pets
- Veterinary care, including vaccinations
This program annually helps keep 20+ pets with their owners in a safe haven.
