The ARC Empowerment Center has committed to being a place of refuge for our homeless community.
During the winter months we intend to run a daytime warming center. When the national weather service predicts the weather to be 20 degrees or below we will open our doors to the homeless community.
Our hours will be 7am-7pm. We will provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner to every person that uses our facility during those times. We are not just proving meals. We provide individuals with personal hygiene items as well as brand new socks and gloves.
We ask that you support our fund so that wr can continue to provide for our homeless community.
