Friends of the Richland County Dogs

Friends of the Richland County Dogs are hardworking volunteers dedicated to improving the lives of the dogs in need at the Richland County Dog Warden and Adoption Center. Our goal is to ensure every dog entering the Richland County Dog Shelter receives the care, enrichment, training and support they need while working to remove barriers to adoption, providing enrichment, renovating kennel space and overall helping these dogs find safe, loving permanent homes.
