Inspiring Hope. Supporting Families. Strengthening Our Community.

New Mercy Outreach is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) charitable organization located at 860 W 4th Street, Mansfield, Ohio 44906. Inspired by the promise that God’s mercies are renewed each morning (Lamentations 3:22–23), our mission is to inspire hope in the individuals, families, and communities we serve through foster care, youth programming, and charitable community outreach.

Supporting Children and Families

Foster care is at the heart of our organization. Founded as a nonprofit foster care network, we support children in need and welcome individuals and families interested in opening their homes to a child.

Preparing for 2027

As we settle into our new building, our after-school program, summer program, and all other community programs are on hold until 2027 while we prepare our spaces to welcome children and families.

Our plans include homework assistance, STEAM exploration—science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics—and engaging activities that help foster and community youth build skills, confidence, and connections. Program schedules and reopening details will be shared as they become available.

Something New Is Coming to New Mercy!

Something exciting is taking shape in our new building! We’re creating spaces where children can play, explore, imagine, and connect.

Here’s a sneak peek: an arcade, a sensory area, and interactive stations featuring sports, dress-up, a pretend grocery store, and much more. We’re saving some surprises for our community reveal—stay tuned as we prepare for 2027!

Want a closer look before you give? Prospective donors are welcome to schedule a visit, see the space, and hear what we have planned before donating. Call 567-560-9021 to arrange your visit.

Community Clothing Closet

Our free Community Clothing Closet helps individuals and families access clothing at no cost. The clothing closet is not yet ready to open at our new location and remains on hold until 2027 along with our other community programs. Reopening details will be announced when available.

Your Generosity Makes a Difference

Your Richland Gives donation supports our foster care outreach and helps us prepare for the return of our youth programs and community resources in 2027. Your generosity can help equip activity spaces, provide program supplies, and bring these exciting plans to life.

Every gift helps create opportunities for children and strengthen support for families in our community.

Give hope. Help us grow. Make a difference with New Mercy Outreach.
