Learn why the LCC is a vital resource for the Lucas community.

The Lucas Community Center is a 7,000 sq. ft. facility on 4 acres. It is the only facility serving Lucas and the surrounding area. We are eternally grateful that the residents and businesses donated over $500,000 to remodel and furnish the center (no government funding). The center is staffed by volunteers.

better together.

At the LCC, we believe that the best things are done together. That’s why we offer many ways for people to grow closer to one another. From recreation to education and fellowship, the LCC has something for everyone to experience why life is better together.

grow together.

The Gathering Room is open to all, even when the main hall is rented. Gather with friends to eat, study, or just socialize. Bring your own food or grab something from the Open Door Café.

play together.

What good is being together if you can’t have a little fun? At the LCC, we have two sand volleyball courts, a public gathering area with board games and a television, scheduled movie nights, pizza parties, and a wide variety of community events.

learn together.

The LCC also is a place for curious minds to flourish. Between our computer lab, after-school programs, seminars, tutoring services, expos, and more, the LCC has several ways to motivate and enlighten thinkers of any age.

pray together.

The House of Prayer at the LCC is open 24/7 to those who seek its use. And on the first Thursday of every month, there is a community prayer inside the House of Prayer.
