The "Room to Heal" campaign is dedicated to providing survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking with the safety, support, and resources they need to rebuild their lives. At its heart, this campaign is about more than just shelter—it’s about creating a sanctuary where survivors can begin their journey toward healing and empowerment.

For over 45 years, The Domestic Violence Shelter has been a beacon of hope for individuals and families escaping abuse. With 16 client rooms and the capacity to house up to 62 individuals, our shelter offers more than a roof over their heads—it offers a lifeline. The "Room to Heal" campaign builds on this legacy, ensuring that every survivor has access to a safe, welcoming space where they can find peace, recover, and reclaim their future.

What We Provide

• Emergency Shelter: A safe, temporary home for survivors and their children, complete with food, clothing, and personal essentials.
